Brian Campbell is our Director of Catering for Diamond Point Catering and CC Turnkey Events, LLC. Graduating from Del Mar College with his degree in Culinary Arts, Brian has always had a passion for seeing food as art. He has traveled from his hometown of Corpus Christi to Denver, Colorado, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and all over Spain perfecting the delicate cuisine that he creates for Diamond Point Catering today. One of Brian’s greatest achievements was catering Alpha Kappa Alpha at the George Washington Convention Center that it landed a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records serving 17,600 people for one extravagant dinner! Brian loves antiques, music, Broadway Theater and his family. Brian is highly experienced, enjoys catering for an audience and is always ready to take on a challenge! He recently started custom decorting for all of our events!
Volkan Koç is our Front of House Manager for all divisions of CC Turnkey Events LLC and its related branches. Volkan is originally from Turkey and moved to Corpus Christi to pursue his continuing education. His first experience in food and the hospitality business goes back to when he started helping his father in the family restaurant as a 9 years old boy. Over the years he has managed multiple restaurants and catering companies in Turkey and the US. His knowledge and experience in business and hospitality management allows him to successfully operate all the branches of CC Turnkey Events and produce excellent service with great professionalism. Volkan is also a successful business owner. He owns a catering company, restaurant, wedding venue and cafeteria in Turkey. He has an Associate Degree on Local Governments, and Bachelor’s degree on Public Administration from high ranked universities in Turkey. In addition, he graduated with Bachelor’s degree on Political Science minoring Communication from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Besides his passion for business management and hospitality services, Volkan is a former professional soccer goalkeeper who also did appearances on the Turkish national soccer team. Currently, he is a director of goalkeeping for FC Padre Hurricanes and Founder of Procat Goalkeeping Academy.

Krystle Marin is our Director of Sales for Diamond Point Catering. She attended Del Mar College and later studied graphic design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division. Her career began in Property Management for Greystone and Bluestone Properties working as a Leasing Consultant then working her way to Assistant Property Manager. She attributes her outstanding customer service, multitasking and marketing skills to this line of work. Producing countless resident events and functions introduced her to her new passion—coordinating and planning events! Producing numerous resident gatherings and creating all the property’s marketing ads and flyers gave her the experience to apply to her new position with Diamond Point Catering. To date, she has coordinated 100+ events including weddings, quinceneras, anniversaries, holiday parties and more! Returning back to her love of graphic design and marketing, Krystle redesigned marketing ads for Diamond Point Catering and The Courtyard at Gaslight Square used in event magazines such as The One Bride Guide, The Bend, and Coastal Wedding Connections. She also creates custom chalkboard signs for clients looking to add a personal touch to their special occasion.
